Custom Builds:All batteries are build to order, some battery packs will be available to ship almost immediately but most build configurations require extra time for a specific part and requires an extra 10-14 days.

Your order will be packaged well. We are not liable for damaged caused to the product throughout the shipping process. If an item is to arrive damaged that does not fall under the category of a manufacturer defect, the customer will have to wait for a response from the shipping courier before a resolution is made. This can take several days to weeks to complete and varies from courier to courier. If you believe that your item was damaged during transit, do not sign for or accept the package upon delivery. Notify the delivery person that your package is damaged, and you'd like to not take delivery of your package then contact us at

[email protected]Warranty:Our batteries come with a 3-month warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, this warranty is voided if the battery shows signs of damage due to improper handling by the customer. Specifically, the warranty does not cover,
- Physical damage from being dropped, crushed, or mishandled
- Damage caused by improper installation or removal
- Exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture
- Attempts to open or repair the battery by unauthorized persons

Even after the warranty period, we are here to support you. If you encounter any issues or need repairs for your battery, our team is available to assist with ongoing product support.
Improperly using or handling a lithium-ion battery can be dangerous or lethal, resulting in serious injury or death. Please review all safety precautions and documentation prior to using and operating your battery. If you are unsure how to fit your battery please have an electronics repair shop or other professional install the battery pack. Incorrect installation or use can result in an explosion and/or fire.
We thoroughly test all accessories, including chargers, before shipping them to you.
