Jackshaft Bearing Replacement Kit

This kit is designed to simplify the process of replacing jackshaft bearings for the Surron Light Bee.

Includes:

• 4 bearings
• Bearing puncher
• Custom jig for secure holding and alignment during installation

Instructions:

1. Remove the Chain Sprocket: Start by clamping the belt pulley in a vise—no additional tools are required. Once secured, remove the chain sprocket.
2. Secure the Jackshaft: After the chain sprocket is removed, insert the jackshaft into the custom jig, which can then be placed in the vise. This will hold the jackshaft firmly in place, allowing precise and even installation of bearings and screws.

Note: Oil seals are not included in this kit, as they can be easily removed and reused.
